You can travel to this amazing holiday destination either by air, boat, or land. However, the fastest way to travel to El Nido Island is by air.
Direct flights from Manila and Cebu land at the Lio Airport, which is just about a 20-minute ride away from the main town of El Nido.
Or, you can take an alternate route by flying to Puerto Princesa and then catching a bus to El Nido which takes about 6 hours. Flights and other travel are generally believed to be very affordable.
If you prefer to go by boat, you can take one from Coron. You can start by exploring Coron and then sail to El Nido which has boats departing 4-5 times a week. But, since the boat rides to travel to El Nido Island heavily dependent on the weather conditions, such travel routes aren’t preferred by tourists.
